What should I do If iTunes keeps showing connection errors when downloading purchased content?

I first tried downloading my purchases back in 2020 and ran into some issues, I kept getting network connection was reset and spent hours and I mean hours talking to various support and technical staff and did everything they asked but there were still some issues with connection, I was told to upgrade my pc, which I did to a brand new Windows 11 system, I then bought an 8tb hard drive just for my music and then last of all I waited until I was put on to full fibre network. Owing to COVID and various lockdowns it's taken nearly 3 years to do all of this, unfortunately, my health has taken a downward turn and I can no longer use my hands or arms properly and need to spend a lot of my time in bed. I'm still trying to download my library so I can listen to my purchased music and I'm still getting the same error message even though BT Openreach have checked and said that there isn't any issues and the line is clear. I am now at my wits end and it seems no one at iTunes/Apple are interested in helping me to resolve this. I'm now in an electric wheelchair and require permanent care. All I have wanted for the last 4 years is get the music I have paid for downloaded onto my pc but it seems beyond iTune/Apple to try and help
