iTunes forcing me to sign up to apple music

When I try to play a song I might like to buy, there is a dialogue box that opens that asks if I want to try Apple Music for free. In the upper right corner, there is a red text that reads "Not Now". Unfortunately, when I click it, it flashes but the dialogue box does not go away. So the results is that I cannot sample any song before deciding to buy it. How do I make this go away, other than to sign up for Apple Music (yes, that function works). I am using a PC with the latest iTunes version.

Windows, Windows 10
