How to "clear" grey circle with down arrow - music plays on my Mac, but not on my music system

A grey circle with down arrow appears next to several tracks in my Apple Music library. The track plays on my Mac, but it does not play when accessed on my Sonos system. The title appears, but the music file is not found. See the screenshot of the track in my Apple Music. (Clicking on three red dots provides no solution.)library.
