Unable To Forward Docusign PDFs In Mail

I tried to forward a Docusign document in Mail and it's only showing a gray box as the image shows. When I double click the original in the completed signing email, it's a .pdf file, yet it won't forward. I can forward other .pdf files, just not the signed Docusign document.


Does anyone have any idea why?

When I get a notification for a completed document in Docusign, I go to the Docusign site and download it to my computer. Are you doing that? Once I have the PDF on my computer, I don't have any problems sending it.


I have had problems with documents signed with Adobr56eSign if I try to open them in Preview. The signature often disappears (though not the date). The solution to that is to use Acrobat.


Generally speaking, I recommend having Acrobat on your computer, even if it's only the Reader version.

What do you mean when you select it? How are you doing this? Are you doing what I suggested? Or something else?


It sounds as if our experiences with DocuSign are different. Docusign doesn't send me attachments. I have to download the documents. Are you trying to forward the notification that the signatures are complete? If so, it may not be possible for the recipient to access a link that requires your account credentials.


This may be a better question for Docusign.
