Apple Cash sent to minor that accepted it but money is missing.

I sent money to my nephew via Apple Cash. My nephew accepted the money but could not receive it because he is a minor. In my cash setting on my iPhone, where all of my sending and receiving history is, I click on the transactions, which displays the status as complete. I read up on holding the message in messages, but that does not work. The money is missing from my bank account, but I do not know where it is. Is there someone I can talk to?
