Microsoft Exchange Account Unable to Verify Account Name Password
I just purchased a new Macbook Pro. I am trying to connect my work email to my Microsoft exchange email. I have access to this email currently on my iPhone and iPad, but when I try to load it on my MacBook it says cannot verify account name and password. I remember having trouble getting it on my iPhone, but I eventually got it to work. I can use my account information to log onto my email through safari so the the log in must be correct. We do have a duo mobile authentication, but again that prompt comes up through safari. Any suggestions on what I should do differently?
