My Apple Watch is locked on Black screen w/white Apple logo while uploading the newest software update. On iPhone watch app under Update it shows searching wheel and I can’t do anything in app to reset or even close. It has been like this for over 24 hrs. Won’t shut off even with hard shut. Very frustrating, it was on the charger overnight when this occurred.

I took it in to Apple this afternoon, they confirmed it was a goner! Since it was over 3 yrs old they didn’t think it was the fault of the upload🤷♀️ On the brite side I am now the owner of a new watch🤑

I’ve tried trying to shut down the watch, both on watch it’s self and on IPhone app, No luck. Tried to delete update, nope won’t let me. As a last resort, I disconnected the watch from the iPhone. It did let me delete it, but now it won't reconnect, just shows a Black screen with the Apple logo, when turned back on. I think its fried😢 RIP Thank you for taking time to help me!
