My iPad asks for iCloud password for every single app update

Hi. My iPad asks for iCloud password for every single app update. I have kept the App Updates toggled to green. Why do the apps not get automatically updated? If I don’t check regularly I need to put in my password 10,15, 25 times depending on how many apps need updating. My children also use this iPad so we have some restrictions on but App Updates should automatically happen, specially if toggled green. Pls help. Thanks

Check your ScreenTime settings:

Settings > ScreenTime > [Restrictions] Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > [Require Password] select Don't Require
