Please help!! i spilt acetone
all over my phone and it got into one of the very top speakers of my iphone and now the screen is discoloured and streaky, im not able to get it fixed straight away (the acetone is a acetone free one) can anyone help me please!!!!

Any solvent that can do what acetone can do is going to be really nasty on your iPhone. Get Apple to take a look at it.

Acetone can pretty much dissolve anything inside your phone. You can take it to a Genius Bar to have it diagnosed, but most likely your looking at a new phone.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
