I want to buy a new phone, but i have a question about applecare+ with theft and loss, for example if i'm in mexico and get robbed, is the replacement valid there too? Or just in the United States?

If your iPhone is stolen while you are traveling, Apple can ship your replacement iPhone to you on the road. If you're overseas at the time, Apple can ship you a replacement to you in any country where Theft and Loss coverage is available. Though Mexico is not included on the available countries, so you will have to wait until you are home in the US to file a claim.
