Terminal: Permission denied when navigating to any folder

For the past 3 days, I have been trying to get my terminal to work but for some reason, no matter which directory I try to access/open in the terminal, it says "permission denied". I have tried everything I could including asking ChatGPT for help but nothing seems to work.

  • I'm logged into my administrator account.
  • I have read and write permission of the folders/directories I'm trying to access.
  • The terminal has full-disk access.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
