Please help to suggest me.When I press side bar to volume up and down , my screen is like the following picture. When I release the side bar button, the screen back to normal. Pls give me the advice, is it the screen issue?

It appears that what you are seeing is part of the case that is bending on your screen when you depress the volume button(s). Remove the case completely and try again. Your screen, at that point without the case, should be fine. If I reading your pictures incorrectly, then let me know.

I wonder if that case is not a perfect match for that model of iPhone?
The buttons on the case could be misaligned with the buttons on the phone.
