Is it possibile to download Ansys and 3D apps on Mac Pro M3? I would like to buy a Mac M3 but I would like to be sure that it is possible to download these apps. I need them for study.

It will depend on the individual app. Some developers offer Mac versions of their apps and some do not. Ansys is appears does not; they only list Windows as being supported. There are 3D apps available for Mac, but it will depend on what exactly you need in such an app. I'd strongly suggest you confirm that an app that does what you want is available on Mac before you decide on a system purchase.
