If you mean that is is missing in the Finder sidebar, go to the Finder menu (in the menubar at the top of the screen) and click on Finder > Settings or Preferences then click "Sidebar" at the top of the Settings/Preferences and then put a checkmark in from of Documents. It will be in the "Favorites" section (or if you have iCloud Desktop and Documents turned on, it will be in the iCloud section).

Open Finder and go to the Finder menu in the top-left corner, then select Preferences.
In the Preferences window, click on the Sidebar tab and ensure that the checkbox next to Documents is checked.
If it's already checked and the folder is still missing, try restarting your Mac to see if it reappears.
If the problem still exists, it may be worth checking if the folder is hidden or if there are issues with your user account permissions.
You can also use Spotlight to see if you can locate the folder that way.
