Phantom Touch on Apple Watch SE is back...

I don't know if there was ever an actual fix for the phantom touches on the apple watches but my SE has started doing it's own thing the last 48 hours including calling 911 and sending messages to people. I have tried the hard reboot, completely erased and reinstalled, and each time nothing works. I searched the message boards but was never able to find the fix if there is one. Anyone have any suggestions for me before the watch becomes a paper weight?
