I purchased the pro volume app bundle and received the email with the serials numbers to redeem.
All the apps but Final Cut were redeemed successfully. Only when trying to redeem Final Cut serial I get a message saying the number is invalid.
Can it be that they made a mistake in the number they sent or is it something wrong on my computer?

I got 1 serial for each software in the email. when I redeemed each one it opened the app assosiated to it automatically. only the Final Cut jumped the error... I will try to contact the support.

You should only have to enter the redemption code once. The applications should be available I believe in your purchased page. If not connect App Store support.
You did buy it from the App Store and not a third party?
I found the problem... it was me. I copied one of the letters wrong...
Worked like a charm after I typed the correct one.
