Apple Hotspot still terribly bad

There are several threads with the same issue for years and nothing has been done so far, only classic answers like "Make sure both of your devices are up to date" "Reset network settings" etc

The truth is that this is an ongoing issue from Apple for years and we never got a solution.

Apple is supposed to be a premium brand but there are $50 Android phones that work better for this purpose.

I have IPad Pro with sim, IPhone 14 Pro Max and several Macbook Pros and the issue is always the same, you need to manually turn OFF and ON your hotspot and then pray for it show up and once you are connected you need to pray for it for keep the connection. (All of them within the same Apple account).

It's extremely embarrassing that this is issue is not yet rectified when I see 3-4 years old posts with the exact same problem.

When can we expect a real solution to this issue?
