recently when I tell Siri to "take me home," she takes me to these random addresses in my town. I’ve checked my contacts I’ve checked my address in the Maps app all of them have my correct address. But when I say that to Siri she’s not taking me and she’s taking me to some random address every single time.

Open Contacts and make sure your address is correct on the entry “My Card”.
In Settings/Siri change the setting for My Information
