The latest printer driver for the Canon SELPHY CP1000 appears to be for macOS 10.13 High Sierra. One should perhaps not rule out that this driver could work with a few following operating system versions as well, but it may not be compatible with the much newer macOS Sonoma 14. You may want to contact Canon about this.
A few image formats could possibly be printed directly from a memory card or a USB flash drive (details in the printer user guide).
Add a printer to your printer list so you can use it on Mac – Apple Support (UK)
