I forgot my screen time passcode and I’m scared for my phone to get locked or all data to get erased so I want to reset the passcode but when I put the Apple ID and the password of the Apple ID it says failed attempt even though when I set the screen

The Apple ID and password used for Screen Time does not have to be the same that the iPhone is logged in to, and, in fact, it probably should be if it is intended that the user of the phone not be able to disable screen time.
