How do I listen to my purchased music from iTunes without Apple Music??

Just run iTunes. You don't need an Apple Music subscription to listen to tracks you've purchased and downloaded, or imported from CD or other sources. If you installed the newer set of apps that Apple is apparently intending to eventually replace iTunes with, then use the Apple Music app (unfortunate and confusing duplicate naming, but there is Apple Music the app and Apple Music the service).
