Small dent on the screen

I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro 2021, and I just noticed a very small dent or bump that I thought at first was dust. When I rub it with my nail, I can feel it, but it doesn't go away. So, when I close my laptop and shine a flashlight on it, I noticed that it's elevated a little. Here is the picture; it's very unnoticeable when you don't know about it, but it just bothers me now that I know. It's just a very small dent or scratch.

I think it only affects the outer layer of the screen, and no pixels are damaged. Now, my question is, is there a way to fix it or make it less visible, or is replacing the screen the only way?

And how much does the screen replacement cost from an authorized service center and a third-party service provider? Thank you so much.
