When I go to safari or google chrome the intrnet works. but when i went to youtube it didn't work. I tried to fix it and unknowingly flashed the OS. I started my Macbook. I tried to reload. it says you are not connected to the internet. but i am connected to wifi

I do not quite follow what you did. Deleted (flashed, reload what??) macOS but you can somehow still boot to it, right?? Shutdown the router and the Mac, power them back on and try again. And provide more details if necessary.

I accidentally deleted macos
