Battery health downgrade faster after 99%

My iPhone 15 pro max experienced a reduction in battery health shortly after dropping to 99%. Despite being charge limited to 80%, and fixed anything regard to 'make battery health last longer' the battery health status indicated a decline, which is concerning for a device of this model and age. With various means I've kept my phone battery health at 100% after completing approximately 200 charge cycles, my phone's battery health decreased by 1%. Surprisingly, within just two days, the battery health dropped another 1%( down to 98% within 30hrs), raising concerns about its performance and longevity despite extremely careful usage.

Battery Health is expected to decline an average of about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.

If your phone has completed 200 charge cycles, I would expect the Battery Health to be about 92% at this time.

(200 divided by 25 = 8%). 100% minus 8% = 92%. Ironically, that about where my battery is at this time after almost 200 cycles.

If your battery is still at 98%, you should send flowers to Apple.

Your battery is amazing. But, averages have a way of averaging out over time, so over the long haul, I think things will tend to return to normal.

Your battery was really closer to 107-108% when new, but Apple will display this as 100% in Battery Health. That is why your Battery Health stayed at 100% for much longer than normal.
