Macbook Pro wont restart, black screen

My MacBook Pro 2019 won’t restart, the screen is black. I was going to use Snag-it to do a screenshot & accidentally went full screen & display went black. It was stuck on screenshot mode and I couldn’t force quit the app because the screen was black so I pressed power to shutdown, now when I try to restart using any of the keyboard options (press & hold power with different keys) to reset I hear the sound but nothing happens, screen is still black, keyboard & touch bar dark, it’s just unresponsive.
