My apple id password not working for forgot passcode
My iPhone is unavailable and I press my forgot passcode and put in my apple id but that wouldn't work

If you forgot your passcode, you have to reset / erase the iPhone and then set it up again with a new passcode. Your Apple ID Password will not recover your passcode, if that might be what you are thinking.
You can use your current backup during the new setup to make your phone look just like it did at the time of the backup.
