Can't find the Hidden album for Photos

I followed instructions to move some photos to the Hidden album on my iPhone 11.

Photo settings are to "show hidden album"

But I cannot find anything called "Utilities" or "Hidden" when I show all albums.

Where is this??

Open your Photos app. On the bottom navigation bar, tap on Albums and scroll to the bottom. You should find under Utilities an album named Hidden.
