Where is the file folder on my ipad

I’ve downloaded several files that were sent to my files folder, the problem being is that I can’t find my files folder on my ipad. Help would be appreciated.

Missing downloaded files on iPhone It appears this has been a problem for quite some time and I never see any responses that you’ve solved it. I cannot find files I download on my iPhone and I don’t seem to be the only one that follows all of your instructions. Every time you tell me, it’s in my files folder in the downloads, but it’s never there over and over again!!
