My iPhone 7 is locked after factory reset as I don't have access to Apple ID and the e-mail

My phone is iPhone 7 and I don't have access to Apple ID and the e-mail created with that Apple ID

I factory reset the phone and now the phone is locked

Because I am in Iran and due to the sanctions, I could not create an Apple ID and had to buy it, and now after a few years of using the phone, I have a problem.

What can I do to solve this problem?

The phone is useless to you. It did not have the activation lock feature removed by the previous owner and you have been lucky to even get a few years of service from it before encountering this. Unless you have the original receipt of sale from an Apple authorized dealer (not just any reseller but one authorized by Apple), you unfortunately now have a useless device.

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Check the requirements and steps at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof other than it “must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID.” Apple may typically require the original receipt* issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.

*Apple recommends you "Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device" --> Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device - Apple Support
