Apple TV 4k - Outputting audio via HDMI and Bluetooth simultaneously

As the title says, I would like my Apple TV 4k box to output audio via HDMI and Bluetooth simultaneously, so one person can listen to audio via speakers and another (who is hard of hearing) through Bluetooth headphones. How can I do this?

Apple TV auto connect to Bluetooth speaker. Is it possible to have my Apple TV auto connect to my LG soundbar via Bluetooth when Apple TV wakes? The soundbar is on constant standby and can be awakened by connecting via Bluetooth. Normally, I have to go into the settings and manually connect the speaker every time I turn on the TV. It’s very annoying. Maybe there’s a shortcut for this. Can anyone help?

Why connect a TV via Bluetooth to an Apple TV? In the Bluetooth menu of my Apple TV, which is connected to my TV via HDMI, I can connect my AirPods or other headphones to my AppleTV, which is of course useful. In addition, I can also connect a TV (like a Samsung series 7) to my AppleTV, but I have no idea, what this is good for as I can‘t recognize any difference after connecting the TV to the AppleTV via Bluetooth? So what is this good for?
