please how can i recover audio from a screen recording

Please i just finished recording the evidence to an issue but forgot to turn my mic on

please how do I recover the audio

?!? Sounds like the OP wanted the recording to contain spoken commentary. However, if the OP failed to record their voice at the time the recording was made, there is no audio to be recovered.

You make a valid point.


If it was meant to be a voice-over (and not originating from the thing they wanted to record, which is what I imagined), then I would suggest adding the voice-over audio in iMovie or some such. It would be no less useful as "evidence to an issue".
