Sports betting app on my iPhone 15 says my device is Jailbroken.

I've had this problem for at least 2 years on my iPhone 12, finally upgraded to an iPhone 15 and the FIRST thing i do is try and load up a betting app and guess what.....brand new iPhone 15 says its jailbroken? nope, i don't think so. i even went through one of the apps support and they couldn't figure it out, so here i am, why does it think both of my devices were jailbroken? obviously there's some software on the phone, because its not jailbroken, and it was the same across the 12 and the 15. help.

EDIT: Sports betting is legal here in Iowa, i was able to bet when it first became legal and i don't know what happened since covid, when sports where shut down, no betting anywhere, etc..
