Accidentally erased FindMy on my m1 mac

Had trouble installing macOS sonoma and was told to try disabling FindMy, in doing so I accidentally erased my device from it instead and now im stuck at the recovery screen and MacintoshHD is missing. The only thing that shows up in Disk Utility is APPLE SSD AP0256Q, im unable to erase or partition the ssd, and unable to reinstall macOS big sur.

I cant get past the recovery screen since i need to reinstall macOS, and I've tried mostly everything. The only issue now is having to revive it since I don't have another mac.

Hmm. Maybe the Silicon Mac has lost the "Owner" and its firmware must be restored.
