FindMy has been disabled for the Mac, I’m still unable to erase the disk.

What error message is there if you try to erase in Recovery mode? Does Internet Recovery behave the same?

If all else fails, you might have to revive or restore the Mac's firmware using another Mac.

I cant get past the recovery screen since i need to reinstall macOS, and I've tried mostly everything. The only issue now is having to revive it since I don't have another mac.

Hmm. Maybe the Silicon Mac has lost the "Owner" and its firmware must be restored.
