Only the subscription that are managed by Apple can be cancelled using the provided links:

For any subscription made directly on a website, you will have to cancel it with them. Apple is not able to manage any subscriptions when they are made outside the App Store.

You are not talking with Apple here. We are all just fellow users, so no, we cannot turn off your subscriptions. For instructions, see:

You can apply some filters on which threads you see in the list, and sort them, but it doesn't look to me like you can permanently delete any of them.
