How can I change a birthdate on an Apple ID?

helping a family member set up Apple ID,her birthdate was put in wrong. She is 78 years old and it says she is one. I have no control over this and I'm going to delete her account which will cause a lot of trouble. how can I get her off of there?

According to the support article: Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support

"If you need to change the birth date for someone below age 13 [age varies by country - see the article], contact Apple Support."

Click/tap on this link to contact support --> Contact - Official Apple Support

Work your way down the menus to find the item you need, or at least to get a chat session or telephone call and be redirected.
