I’m trying to decide between the 46mm Apple Watch 10 in titanium vs the Ultra 2.
The 10 comes out to $749 while the Ultra is $799, so only a $50 difference.
And, the side-by-side comparison of features makes them seem almost identical other than the longer battery life on the Ultra.
Am I missing anything? Is there anything else that distinguishes the two?

The weight and thickness is also different, which may be an issue for some users, wearing the watch at night during sleep.
One of the main reasons I bought the Ultra 2 last year, was the extended battery life compared to any other Apple Watch.

You can compare the Apple Watch models side by side on Apple's website, to get a closer comparison on the features, as you stated.
In my opinion, now that the Series 10 has a larger display which was once exclusive to the Ultra, the Ultra's battery is its most compelling attribute at this point. The Series 10 got a massive redesign and upgrade, while the Ultra 2 was more a refinish/touch up. Though whatever you decide is perfectly fine.
