The app necessary for using the original NEEO universal remote was removed when support was no longer available, but killing the app no longer benefits Control4, the company that owns the NEEO remote because they’ve already moved on to its successor.
I think I covered the salient details in the previous question, but in a nutshell, the remote (costing several hundred dollars) is, as far as I’ve found so far, useless without this app because the app (and a smartphone) are required to get past the first part of configuring the setup.
Are there any far-sighted people who made the wise decision to keep a backup of this app for just such a problem as I have described?
ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
John
