My step dad has locked his phone and now can’t remember his Apple ID email and password 🫣 and because he has find my phone on it won’t let me reset password?? Please help me, he is old and unfortunately loosing his ability to remember :(

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to retrieve an email for an iCloud account. Sorry about that, but I hope the other videos help!
