How do I erase this with our the disc it came with?
if you manage to erase it, and do not have the installer Discs available, that is the last thing you or anyone else will EVER do with this Mac.
Macs before about 2011 do not have Recovery in their ROM, so erasing the drive completely inactivates it.
You MAY be able to just erase the MacOS Volume, (not the entire Device) but that would give almost the same effect.

The most practical thing you can probably do is to create another user in Mac OS, log into the system with that user, then delete your original user account. That might leave a few stray preference files, but nothing of any consequence should remain.
