Re: How to stream Lossless music over Wifi?
Seems you need to be a "Music" Subscriber, and have plenty of wi-fi data available, in order to do this.
From Apple Support's linked article below:
"In the Music app Apple Music subscribers can access millions of tracks encoded using lossless audio compression."
and
"Streaming lossless audio over a cellular or Wi-Fi network consumes significantly more data. And downloading lossless audio uses significantly more space on your device. Higher resolutions use more data than lower ones."

Re: "So I was wondering if there is any way of prioritizing playing my music with Lossless quality over wifi even if the music is downloaded?"
NB: Your "Settings" screenshot says:
"Content downloaded previously will continue to play in the originally downloaded resolution".

Apple Support has articles online (links below) that explain what is possible, and shares some tips
See how to: Listen to lossless music on iPhone - Apple Support
Eg: says:
- "AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and Beats wireless headphones use Apple AAC Bluetooth Codec to ensure excellent audio quality. However, Bluetooth connections aren’t lossless.
- To get a lossless version of music that you already downloaded from Apple Music, just delete the music and redownload it from the Apple Music catalog." (How to: Redownload music - Apple Support)
"Note: Apple Music and lossless aren’t available in all countries or regions.
See the Apple Support article Availability of Apple Media Services. :

Re: However, I would still like to enjoy Lossless quality while on wifi, what should I do?
It may be possible to store lossless music on a computer (or it's external storage device) and stream it to your iPhone on the same network.
Apple Support's article: View albums, playlists, and more in Music on iPhone - Apple Support
says:
Play music shared on a nearby computer
If a computer on your network shares music through Home Sharing, you can stream its music to your iPhone.
- On your iPhone, go to Settings
> Music, tap Sign In below Home Sharing, then sign in with your Apple ID. - Open the Music app
, go to Library > Home Sharing, then choose a shared library.
