I am an international student based on UK. I have two queries about our new updated iPhone 16.

A little google search and I found there are NO Student Discounts for iPhone at all. There are no accessories other than a USB C to USB C cable included with all iPhones, student or not. Generally, iPhones are not discounted and this includes students. The accessories provide are those included in the box the iPhone comes in. That information is contained in the online Apple Store for your country or region. Some countries or regions may contain accessories differing from other regions, but the price will also vary by region.
