Removing Virus or determining if this is problematic.

Everyone that has Sonoma is going to have that file as it is part of the OS and is locked on a read only partition of your drive that neither you or anyone else can change, so there is no chance it is infected by a virus.

Why would you think that?

That's a normal part of macOS, so there's no need to delete it.

You don’t, you can’t. System level files are locked down and the user cannot manipulate them at all. If an anti-virus application flagged this file then uninstall that anti-virus software because eventually that anti-virus software will damage your system so badly you’ll be forced to completely reinstall everything.
