I am new to Pages. I have created individual pages in Pages and now want to convert them into a book for me to email to clients. How do I do this?

Pages on macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or iCloud? Makes a difference for the answer. The version of Pages can also play a role in the correct answer of whether one first exports the document to PDF or chooses to Send a Copy > Mail > PDF approach.
I assume you are using a laptop or desktop ..... I don't quite understand you, however. Did you write several separate Pages documents, which you want to now connect into one book length document? If that is the case, I would copy and paste each into one new Pages document, chosen from one of the book formats Pages gives you .... or a blank Pages document if you want to print it rather than produce an eBook. Then you can edit the new single document and export it to a pdf and print it yourself.... or you would need to look at one of the book producing outfits - Amazon Kindle Direct publishing is the big one.... there are others. You would need to look at their requirements for type - do they want a pdf? or a Word document?
