Relink : why does that file shows up even after relink

Why is file BD33484F-975F-4706-B226-20624B884959.mp4 showing up ? (snapshot 1)

That file is already stored in the Library.

I click Locate Selected and then Choose (see 2nd snapshot)

I then Relink Files (3rd snapshot).

Invoking File->Relink files->Original Media ... the same file is still listed (snapshot 1)

Q: Why does FCPX believe that file has to be relinked ?

Q: Why would a clip in the library (not referenced) show up as a file to be relinked ?

Consolidate was complaining about a missing clip. That is why I had to figure which file I had to relink.

Ok, then I suggest you select the whole library, go to the Relink Files window, but choose Missing (instead of All). Does that not show you what clip is missing?

Also, by looking at the thumbnails in the browser, you might see one showing the red background and missing sign.
