CGPDFService is going crazy with CPU lately

So I have not had this problem in a few months, but now it is back, where my MacBook Pro gets insanely hot, and Activity Monitor shows CGPDFService just taking up so much CPU (if it is not that then it's mdsworker_shared for one of those). Trying to force it to stop doesn't work, I unchecked a lot of Spotlight indexing months ago when this happened, it's been constant all day, and restarting the laptop didn't' help. (I'm wondering if it has something to do with my use of Adobe Creative Cloud to update some apps like Photoshop). It says in Spotlight that it's indexing, but it usually doesn't take this long. Including screenshots and an EtreCheck report.
