Can I exchange recently bought Apple Watch Ultra 2 with new Ultra 2 Black edition?

If you bought it from Apple, only by trading it in. Otherwise, check the store's policy.

Just talk to the store manager and see if they can assist with exchanging your watch. Managers have been know to grant exceptions to the rules. I’m not sure of the official return policy in Malaysia, but it can’t hurt to ask. The worst thing that’ll happen is they say no. But, at least you’ll have made friends with the manager and can help you in the future. Good luck.
