Can’t receive calls on my other sim
Ever since I bought an eSim, I can’t receive any calls on my physical sim. Can anyone please tell me why is it?

Only your cell provider will be able to provide the information you need. Your phone has 2 IMEI numbers, one for the eSIM and one for the physical SIM and your cell provider will only allow 1 IMEI number to be associated to your account, unless you are specifically paying for two.
If you want to go back to using the physical SIM, you may have to remove the eSIM from your carrier.
