Loading Accessories and Scenes

I just bought an Apple Home Hub 2. I downloaded the Home app but it has been stuck for over an hour saying “Loading Accessories and Scenes”. Any advice on why it’s stuck?

All Homekit devices stop responding The Home application (Mac or IOS) is working fine. Then, all devices are marked as not responding. The only option is that the entire home is deleted and the devices are re-added. This include third-party devices like the circle view door bell and Apple HomePods.
