I downloaded urban vpn app, free trial used for 2 days and then i didn’t like it so i uninstalled, my touch and go id was selected on apple pay, today i got email that 264 ringget deducted for 1 year sub.
i want to know that how can they auto select 1 year, how can they not ask that if i want 1 month, 6 month or 1 year??
i admit that i didn’t unsubscribe but auto 1 year selection is absurd.
i ask for refund, lets see.

When you agreed to the free trial, you also agreed that if the subscription was not cancelled within the stated timeframe the free trial would convert to an auto renewing one year subscription. When you failed to cancel the subscription in the designated timeframe, your one year subscription was started and payment was made per your agreement.
You should cancel the subscription and request a refund. The refund may not be accepted, but it doesn’t hurt to request a refund.

With the newest IOS there is a alert that comes up when you delete the app saying "Keep Subscription?"
This may not be available on the iPhone 7, however on all iPhones there is a subscriptions tab in icloud settings in settings after tapping your name, cancel it there.
You can also refund ALL purchases easily by going to reportaproblem.apple.com
After refunding, it may take up to 1 week for an updated bank balance.
NOTE: You will lose all purchased items, Media and anything purchased after refunding.
