I live in India & I purchased my iPhone 13 Pro Max from Dubai back in 2022. Now I am traveling to USA & I want to trade same with IPhone 16 Pro Max there. Please confirm if I can do same?

I strongly recommend that you do not purchase a US iPhone since you do not live there. Should problems arise requiring service, you most probably will not be able to get that phone serviced in India, or at minimum will have a hassle doing so. In addition, US iPhone will only support eSIMs and not all carriers in other countries do, or there may be differences in the cell bands supported that may make it unusuable with a given carrier.
I again strongly recommend that you just wait and purchase your new iPhone when it's released in your country.
